Consultation
Fill out the contact form to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation call. During this call, I’ll ask about the reasons you reached out and what specific support or services you’re looking for. If we both decide that we are a good fit, we can move forward by verifying your insurance coverage and arranging your first appointment.
Intake appointment
Our first virtual meeting will be an intake appointment. An intake appointment usually involves asking questions about your present circumstances as well as your personal history. This process not only helps me understand your situation better but also gives you the opportunity to get a sense of how I work as a therapist. Together, we’ll explore whether this therapeutic approach feels like a good fit for you and decide if you would like to schedule additional sessions moving forward. Our work together begins!
Therapy will begin with us meeting weekly at first to establish a consistent routine and build a strong foundation. Over time, as we both feel more comfortable and progress is made, we will transition to biweekly sessions to best support your ongoing growth and development.
